This website is operated by Keren's kleding, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 96571268, with Mary Drigball as owner and director of the business. On this page, the words we, us and our refer to Keren's kleding, trading as Hyperlegy through the website hyperlegy.com. By visiting our website and or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

SECTION 1 GENERAL

By using our website you confirm that you have the legal age required to enter into binding agreements, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose and not to violate any laws while using our services. Any misuse of our website or services may result in the termination of your access.

SECTION 2 PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All of our coats and jackets are handmade. Because these are handmade products, there may be small natural differences between the product shown in photos and the product you receive. We do our best to represent colors and materials as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will exactly match the actual product.

Prices may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of a pricing or description error, or when an item is no longer in stock. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible using the email address provided with your order.

SECTION 3 SHIPPING

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Our products are shipped from Germany or France. We offer two shipping options:

Free standard shipping, with a delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping for 4.95 euros, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and apply from the moment of shipment, not from the moment of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 4 PAYMENT

Payment is made at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information so that we can process your order correctly.

SECTION 5 RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please contact us through our customer service to arrange this. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged condition. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

SECTION 6 USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may not use our website to spread harmful code, viruses or other malicious files. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise use the content of our website for commercial purposes without our express written permission. We reserve the right to deny access to our website to anyone who violates these terms.

SECTION 7 LIABILITY

We make every effort to keep our website accurate and available without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of our website or our products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Dutch law.
