Shipping Policy

 

At Hyperlegy, every coat and jacket is handmade, so we want to make sure it reaches you safely and on time. Below you will find all the details about how and when your order will be delivered.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Our products are shipped from Germany or France.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

 

Free standard shipping, with a delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping for 4.95 euros, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and start counting from the moment your order is shipped, not from the moment it is placed. Please allow a short processing time before your order leaves our warehouse.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on its way to you.

 

DELAYS

 

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally happen due to the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control, such as high order volumes during busy periods.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@hyperlegy.com within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
