About Us

 

Hyperlegy started with a simple idea: a good coat should not only look great, it should actually keep you warm on the days you need it most. What began as a small one person business in Doorwerth, in the Dutch province of Gelderland, has grown into an online store where people can find handmade coats and outerwear made for everyday wear.

 

Our founder started sewing and designing from her own small workshop in early 2025. She worked alone, with close attention to detail, repairing garments and creating new pieces from scratch. That background in repair and garment making still shapes how we work today. We believe clothing should be made to last, not to be thrown away after one season.

 

At Hyperlegy, everything comes down to comfort and quality. Every coat and jacket is made with care, with sturdy seams, pleasant fabrics and a fit that feels good all day long. We design for cooler days, when you need something that looks good and genuinely protects you from the cold.

 

We are still a small team, and we see that as a strength. It keeps us close to the process and close to the people who wear our clothing. No big factories, just handwork, made with the same care as on day one.
