We make every coat and jacket with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
RETURN PERIOD
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be shipped back to us within this 14 day period.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact us at support@hyperlegy.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return an item.
Pack the item securely, including all original tags and packaging where possible.
Ship the item back to the return address we provide when you contact us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed, since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
The following items cannot be returned.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration.
Items returned after the 14 day return period.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you paid for insured express shipping at checkout, this service fee is not refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at support@hyperlegy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a short description of the issue along with clear photos, and we will get back to you with the next steps as quickly as possible.
